My friends dad wants to buy his son a new baitcast reel and rod. He is looking at $200 for the set up or maybe just the reel. Any Ideas??? He was looking at the AG Revo SX but he has read bad things about a backlash issue with it. Can anyone confirm or deny? Please help me out my friends dad doesn't want to waste his money on junk! Thanks TFF

See if he can find a Shimano Curado or Citica and a Falcon Bucoo is a good set-up.

i have revo sx's and i love them..just set the dial at about 6 o'clock and use the tension knob to adjust to his casting style.

we have a couple revo sxhs's (hs stands for high speed 7.1:7)and they are awesome! good castability and strong drag
