Have you guys called the park to see if there cabins are open. Nothing fancy take your bed roll and food but they are cheap and a place to stay.

Yea I was thinking of doing the same. Heck the Expedition is pretty comfortable.

friday was rough wind was blowin 30+ but we caught about 15 fish, sat. was much better got about 35-40 fish & about the same for sunday... nothing huge but several 3 lbers but mostly 1 lb or less... beautiful place! wink



think like a fish, no matter how weird it gets...

Fishing is getting tougher, the generator is off and the water temp is in the mid to high 60's.

I think the fish are freaked out. Hopefully we can get a week of stable weather before our tournament this weekend.

Guy at front desk said the plant will be off all winter when we were there yesterday. We hammered them all day long any way. Awesome little lake with fat healthy fish. We were impressed to say the least.
