I just bought a combo from cabelas the wlx ticr x 8wt and it came with some scientific anglers gpx wf8f. I'm looking for a sink tip line for fast moving current to throw some big 1/0 streamers to stripers. I'm thinking scientific anglers streamer express rapid sink witch is a class 8 sink rate in a 9-10 weight or 350 grains. The rod with the 8wt line on it won't load right with a big fly on it. Will sell or trade line to any that are interested. All opinions appreciated.

Fishing is one thing i can't agree on but catching would be more of what i do.

I like the SA large mouth bass line or the Rio outbound on my TiCrx when I want to sink it I add a Rio sinking shooting head

What weights are those lines? And what weight rod? I have a 5wt ticr x and use a 6 wt sink line and its a rocket. The 8 wt is really stiff compared to the 5wt but then again its 3 wts heavier.
