Anybody out there eat those crappie tails..I love em with a pile of filets, like burger and fries.

I haven't lately but I love 'em. One of these days I'm gonna keep the rib sections out of some fillets and fry them up like we used to do perch. We used to scale perch, gut them and dehead them and fry them crisp and eat bones and all.

Bobcat..my mom(82) still sends me out from time to time to get her a mess of bream...of course I help her eat em !
