Where is the best Ramp from the Dallas Direction ? with courtesy Doc ?

Oak Cove is probably one of the only ramps open right now. Fishermans point probably is... but Oak Cove will be closer (off 287 right before the bridge)

Yep, what Chase said. Oak Cove Marina is the best ramp, complete with courtesy dock and Good Hamburgers.

Yep, what Chase said. Oak Cove Marina is the best ramp, complete with courtesy dock and Good Hamburgers. But that courtesy/loading dock is almost dried up. Can still be used but don't expect much.
