If you haven't been to the Country Tavern NE of Tyler you are missing out. Man they are good.

next time you go to possum kingdom check out hashknife bbq in peadonville,really good as well !

Pricey and overrated IMO.
You should drive over to Longview and eat Carters BBQ on HWY 259.
You won't spend over 6-10 bucks and leaves you STUFFED!

Ribmasters in Whitehouse used to make some tasty ribs. Haven't been there in a while, but used to be at least as good as Country Tavern.

probabaly not the best in Texas, but Cowboys BBQ in downtown Wills point are really good as well.
