Can you paint a reel? I think i have herd people talking about doing it on here and would like to try,as my baitcaster is chipping and looking pretty old.If so what kind of paint do you use?

I've seen Curado's that have been disassembled, painted and reassembled. They looked great when the painter took the time to do them.
I'd think any paint a modeler would use would work. The pieces on a Curado that get painted are plastic, so modelers paint and an airgun would get the best results.

I have had a couple of my reels air brushed by a buddy of mine. He does motor cycle and Hockey helments Just use a good clear coat to hold it all together.

Look for a powder coater in you area it will not cost you much and it will last a long time. Do the prep work yourself.
