I heard April Plaza was not real good anymore, I would go to Inland marine.

Launched at Inland Saturday 10/22. I have a 21' Legend and had to back the trailer off the end of the ramp to get the boat off the trailer. Dinged up my prop on some rocks about 20' from the end of ramp even with the motor trimmed up. Use caution if you decide to put in there.

Well we can be pissed together... Had the exact same thing happen to me on Friday. Prop only got very slight scratches on that effin rock. but it still was a surprise!

I think Conroe is now shut down until we get some water. Inland was the only ramp left!

Anyone know where the pro's will launch this Friday???

Inland definitely has some rocks out behind once you get off the trailer. Put in there yesterday, Careful. Trim way up. Go real easy. Probably only a week or two left there then it's not happening.

Pro's are supposed to launch out of the SJRA ramp by the dam.

Lakeview ramp was still open Sunday. I heard it was ok because they put small bull rock in the hole on the end of the concrete ramp.

I have a 21' boat and couldnt even budge it off the trailer at Inland. I backed all the way to the drop-off. The rpm alarm went off on my motor trying to get the boat off the bunks. Even had a guy standing on the trailer pushing on the bow and it didnt matter. Stow-away is being dredged. Maybe it will open up. I"m a member at Lakeview and they have a sign warning that you launch at your own risk. I didnt try. Might be my only alternative come this week for the tourney, though.

April Plaza has eaten too many props to even attempt anymore. They were dropping concrete bags in the blowout hole at inland on Friday and Saturday. Probably shouldn't power load anywhere. Lakeview seemed to be running smooth. When I was fishing around the wall several boats launched with no issues.

My pardner called Stowaway today and was told that the marina is currently extending their launch. After his conversation he believes that they are aiming for it to be open by early this weekend, but by Sunday morning at the latest. Depth of water at end of new ramp will be approx 3' at current level.

Old river road the lake can go down 2 more feet and you can still put your boat in but it's private but it's nice !
