Finally gave in and got a rod for my revo sx that has been collecting dust since 2/14. Got the 7'3" MH Vendetta for it. Look's good and has a nice balance to it. Can't wait to get out on the water and catch some fish. What do ya'll think about these Rod's??

IMO, good jig/worm rod, bad moving bait rod. Just my $.02

That same rod with a winch is my current deep diver setup and I love it. I've hauled in some healthy bass with it and not had a single problem.

I have 6 of them...3 7ft MH Casting Rods, 1 7'3 MH Casting, 1 7ft MH Spinning, 1 6'6 MED Spinning LOVE THEM ALL...I had two Veritas rods and replaced them with Vendettas. I also have a Falcon Bucoo MH but that is my Sandbass rod! The Vendetta is a great rod for a great price!!

I got one 6'6 medium for cranks and topwaters... loved it so much that I got another, and already have plans for another. Its killer for poppers, spooks, square bills, and smaller cranks. I have a revo on one and a curado 50 on the other. However, I plan to have another curado 50, and move the revo back to a texas riggin rod.

I liked the rod but the metal reel seat tore my finger up. Just the way I hold my rod/reel. It got so bad my finger was raw. I traded all mine for skeets. Yes I know the dreaded yellow rod but I love those things

I hold my rod the same way. I just hot glued some foam on it. That is the only bad thing I can say about them, that part gets real cold when it 30 some degrees out too.

You can just double wrap those metal threads with electric tape and it wont eat your finger or back down and let the reel get loose. I have both this one and the white ones, really solid rods for a good price point

I've got the 7-3 with a Revo SX and it is my soft plastics setup. Really like the feel and look of it. I'm about to buy the 6-3 spinning rod and put the new Orra S on it, though I think that metal ring is going to be a problem when handling the rod for a while... it's right there where your pointer finger wraps around the front of the grip. Might have to use the tips you guys posted to deal with it.

I have two and like them plenty fine. I know I harp on the TX rig hook keepers, but that and price are two reasons I like the Vendetta. I got my first Falcon Wendlandt Cast Rod 7' Med Hvy - Deep Crankbait and I really like this one even though it doesn't have the TX rig hook keeper. Not sure the difference between BuCoo and Cara, but the Clark Wendlandt model says Cara on it and MADE IN THE USA. I think it's discontinued. It's on sale and I highly recommend it if you've never tried a Falcon. Everyone is right about them being great rods. I got the Lews Tournament Pro Speed Spool at Brannan's, in the store for a GREAT price, to put on the Falcon. Brannan's is by Pat Mayse so I recommend if you ever fish it, stop by the store because Kathy runs a really GREAT shop! The Lews is one SWEEEEET reel! This is now my favorite rod/reel, light weight and throws GREAT. I know line and rod/reel combo set ups for particular types of fishing is paramount for lots of guys but I haven't yet got to that point. I just like what feels and throws good.

Spooled it up with 12# suffix and hit the water this morning!! Was really impressed with the Revo. Blew it up on the first cast eeks Have'nt had a birdnest like that in a while. Really liked the vendetta except with the Lipless crank's. Thank's for the tip's about the reel seat thumb

I'd Tack That!!
