Without a doubt it has to be the Santone Footbal Jigs. They have a heavy 5/0 hook, a good bait keeper and come in some great colors. For Lake Fork, the Bass Candy color works great.

strikeworks for heavy hook, Talon for lighter wire presentation with lighter line. I can fish a talon on 12# test with confidence in my hookset. The big hooks need some umph to put the steel in the bone.
