Hey guys. Me and my family stay in Euless. I could use some advice on places to fish for crappie that are in this area. I cant drive and hour or two to fish, but 30 minutes or so is ok. Any ideas?

Call The Crappie Guy (AKA Guy Skinner), and book a trip on Grapevine. OR use Google Earth find that overflow pond (by Grapevine Golf Course) hoof it down to the bank, and get your jig and bobber on. Stucky and I have caught crappie pushing 2lbs outta there. That walk back up ain't no joke though.

Dutch is right on the money there. Crappie fishing don't pay by the pound. If you want cheap fish go to Albertsons. If you want Crappie you gonna have to put in time and money.

The Bank fishing section has a google earth map with some decent spots around you and there are some better spots an hour or so away. Ray Roberts Marina could possibly start to get good soon, but I don't know what the lake level looks like. Also Grapevine may have a public marina and I know it has a park or two. Try em out and report back.
