Can any one confirm bowfin or alligator gar from either of these lakes or other species found further east, but not much toward the brazos drainage. I am thinking some more odd stuff (like the yellow bass) may start showing up in Benbrook from these two.

All this cross pumpin' may have some surprises in addition to Zebra mussels. The Trinity drainage is to me sort of a boundary for eastern species like wierd sunfish (orangespot for one). Benbrook is in the trinity drainage, but its headwaters, the Clearfork is mighty close to the Brazos drainage. Will be interesting. Thanks for the info on Alligator gar and grindle.
