I was thinking about fishing as much as possible this fall and winter, but I was thinking that my deep/deeper fishing will not be there during this time. By the way my deeper fish I am thinking about 10-15 feet deep, around rocks, wood, under water humps, etc. Will these spots still hold fish during the fall and winter?
Also what are your favorite 3 lures for this time of year? Thanks for the help!

Dam areas, bridges, creek channels, pond dams, humps, and points are examples of structure that holds bass.
If you have cover on the structure like grass or timber that makes it better and if you have a combo of both that is even better.
Jig, C-rig & shaky head, crank bait.

Good deep structure will hold fish all year. What changes is how often they're active and feeding.

Creek Channels, You can follow then in and out deeper and there will always be secondary structure somewhere near or in it to focus on.

I look at the structure and try to find something where fish could move up and down (depth wise) easily..like on a ledge. You also have to look at what areas may hold heat even in the winter (by means of the sun). For example rip rap with a laydown or brush would be a good potential spot because of the cover and yet the rocks could give off some warmth during the cooler and winter months.

To me it depends on the lake to a certain extent. Some lakes the fish relate to wood better than anything else some lakes they relate to rock, docks or grass better. I usually find that key type of cover that fish seem to really relate to on a body of water and fish it year round. The depth and locate of the fish will vary but if they like rock they will try to stay near it as much as possible. Finding that key type of cover with a channel nearby as well as good water depth and some nearby shallow areas that can be used to spawn or chase bait into in the fall results in an area that can produce aleast 1 fish on a regular basis.
