Okay, so we had a cold front and some rain last night. What do you guys think the fish will be doing today? Will the be somewhat active or just wait a few days?

With the wind the way it is,clean up the house day,fish will be doing the same.

With it warming up this weekend should fishing get good? I have a weekend jaunt planned to hit some nice private lakes but if fishing is gonna suck I might play golf...
Caught me a big'n and I let him go..

Golf or Fish?  I bad day of fishing is better than a good day of golf. Therefore, fishing it is.

Front hit down here early this morning with high winds all day. Hoping the wind lies down tomorrow so I can get out to LBJ and just see how it effected some new spots I've found off shore and on humps. I've had great days a day or two after a good front in the past, then again you never know.

we went out today and the fishing was the best its been in at least 3 weeks even with the wind how it was

I find that the fish bite great after the first decent cold front. I guess it triggers their get fat for winter hormones
