We went out yesterday and did ok. We got 17 catfish and a bonus Red! Most of the catfish were caught on shad and chicken liver. I caught the Red under a slip cork on shrimp. Everything was caught near the power lines. We threw back a red and 4 catfish. Saw several people at the cleaning station with nice cathces

Nice fish. Do you have to have a saltwater stamp to fish that lake?

Saltwater stamp is not required, nor is using a red fish tag on them

Nice report and nice mess of fish  Until you follow rule of limit and size you don't need any tags out there.

JBird No, I wont be able to get back out for a while.
Mlopez As for fishing out there today I wouldnt go out there today on a dare! I got caught on Choke Canyon in wind like this one time. Never again!

F.I. yes, it was a little crazy this year. I hope that this was my last year working out there. I've put over 9 years in and I'm ready to go do a little fishing and playing in the summer now. I have a couple of good (fair) guys to take over so if you see me next year I hope it's in my Kenner and not the Whaler.
