70 Miles south of San Antonio is Choke Canyon.

You can't find a better lake to camp and fish with a good chance of catching a shore lunch.

Great for wildlife viewing also!

South Shore near the dam, and Calliham park at mid lake.

Just one more cast!

Inks lake is a nice little lake for camping and fishing. If you have kids it is great. There are many other activities there to keep them busy: playgrounds, paddle boats, canoes, hiking trails, fishing piers and great roads for bike rides. Also, it is a state park so you don't even need a fishing license to fish there.
