Could this be false advertising? because i bought them for the advertised price and they're supposed to honor that.

So you want to take advantage of someone that made a clerical error?

Yes I want to take advantage because it is a good product, but it is not my fault they advertised or priced it they way they did.

right after i placed my order i looked at the detail page where the price is and the system one by one updated the stock quantity until they went out of stock, clearly my order and the ones of many others processed also. technically they sold me something and now they dont want to send them to me. they put them back in stock and priced them properly and apparently are not sending to the people who bought them for 2.25.

Not the first time I've seen a website mess up. They will retract the invoices and refund every one.

Thats what I figured... hammer

When it came out it clearly stated $225 on facebook. There isnt a logical person that thought it was $2.25 Sad some would jump at the idea of screwing someone.

And we wonder what is wrong with the world we live in today? Somebody made an error but there are those with their hands out looking to capitalize on what was obviously a human mistake. The proper thing to do was to advise them as such and move on, not jump on here and bash them over it!

The world is changed by your example, not by your opinion.

That was clearly a typo. I doubt they will be sending you a Z-Bone for $2.25, so don't hold your breath until it arrives.

The solution to any problem - work, love, money, whatever - is to go fishing, and the worse the problem, the longer the trip should be. --John Gierach

I was going to buy them anyway because i saw them on FB on sale, when i saw them i knew it was an error.if there's the opportunity i take it, there's nothing to loose, they gave me a call and they are not honoring that price
but I told them I would pay full price and now they are on their way. And BTW I'm not bashing Tackle Warehouse in any way I was just stating what had happened with the mistake. And as for the great entrance you guys were the only site that had info on this topic and i needed more info since I did not know what was going on.

Every time I go to a forum to find out info on something all i see is people putting other people down with vague comments, just because people don't do or say what they think is right doesn't mean you should go judging others. I came here looking for advice or information on what would happen in this situation, it might have come out wrong but that doesn't mean you have to make me feel bad for something I said. Thank you all who said what would happen in my situation.
