Does Lake Inks have alot of catfish if so what is a good type of bait to use?

My neighbor fishes it quite often and uses cut bait(perch) on his jug lines. He usually does quite well.

Not many catfish on inks. LBJ is much better.

I actually live closer to LBJ and fish it once or twice a week for bass..... I've taken him out with his jug lines, set 8' deep and he has done much better on Inks with his system, 8'deep jug lines with cut bait. His returns are twice as good on Inks. Now on LBJ fishing from the bank from Ramp 15 in Granite Shoals I have seen good cats from the bank also. But I only speak from first hand experience. Good luck Sir.
