I just picked up a used quantum energy e860 ptxm and I was wondering how do I get access to the spool? On my curados all I have to do is spin off the panel with the breaks. Can anyone give me a hand with the quantum?

On the bottom side of the real there is a sliding lever, hold it back and press down on the left side plate.

momad, that is a great reel, I use them myself and love mine, drag is great and they cast for a mile.
