Lake is low, but you can launch, you just got to find a place on the bank to park your boat. Fish where biting this morning and throughout the day. Two Crappie where kept, most where to small to keep, they where caught on live minnows. Two black bass where caught, and one was a keeper, although myself and my friend really didn't peruse them, they where caught on 1/2 oz chrome blue back hotspots and rattle traps. Four Bluecats where caught drift fishing using cut minnows. In the late afternoon Sand bass came up chasing shad, we wore them out. We missed a lot of fish; and sorry! No pics.

10/15/11 I fished the trees on the north east side of the lake . Crappie bit hard from 8;30 pm -9:45 pm. Caught about 17 kept 10 over 12 inches. Catfish bite was dead in the 12- 15 foot depth. I think the cats were shallow. 3-5. Sandies were schooling bait west side of bridge , mostly small 4-8 inches
