The wind is gonna be around 8 to 12 mph and clear. The temp is great. Its a perfect night to drift and catch some good quality catfish and I have plenty of shad to use for bait. I've been thinking about it all morning and afternoon long while at work imagining those rod tips pulling downward and the feel of the tug of that fighting blue or channel, and I just got a call from Mrs. Catmanz about how she's arranged for us to be childless tonight, and what a special dinner will be waiting for me, along with some cold beer and a movie. Someone catch something for me and post it as I will be spending a lovely evening  with my beautiful wife enjoying a wonderful dinner and a movie (hopefully not a chick-flick). Have fun you guys.

Sometimes you have to pay to play.The fish will still be there. Make momma happy and life is alot easier.

I'll be out there after Halftime at the Azle Football game. I've got a couple areas that I'm going to look at. Going to be out there tomorrow from noon till dark too.

Oh, she likes fishing.... as long as its mid day, warm (not hot), sunny so she can get some sun, has some pillows to lean on (wants padded seats in my jon boat (not going to happen)), a book to read, and gets to bring her car so she can leave when she's ready to go. The sad thing is when she comes out with me I usually skunk out and she'll catch without even trying. She at least lets me bait her hook and pull off her fish. No, but really, she likes to fish too.

my wife likes to fish with me too. she still isnt into baiting her own hooks yet, or pulling her fish, but she enjoys going out with me. im cleaning tonight, because she wants to fish tomorrow. that was the deal. "We clean house tonight, and we can fish all night tomorrow"
