 Charging batteries with onboard charger question

I have a 3 bank charger. I just added a 24 volt T.M. Do I still charge all three batteries separately? I am really asking about the two TM batteries,. And WOW the 24volt TM really makes a big difference.

Hook a charger output cord to each TM battery and the other to the starting battery.
