This weekend (Friday & Saturday, Oct. 14th & 15th) the Toyota Tundra Bassmaster Weekend Series (operated by American Bass Anglers) will have its South Central Regional. This is the qualifying event leading to the BWS Nationals in which the top 50 boaters & top 50 co-anglers after each BWS Regional will qualify to move onto Nationals. The winning boater of the BWS Nationals will qualify to fish the Bassmaster Classic in 2012 in Bossier City. Divisions participating in the South Central Regional will be Oklahoma, Arkansas, NE Texas, SE Texas & Kentucky.
Details: BWS SoCentral Regional
Location: Red River (Pools 5, 4, 3) going out of Red River South Marina, 250 Red River
South Marina Road, Bossier City, LA
Dates: Friday & Saturday (Oct. 14th & 15th); Thursday (10/13) check-in b/w 4-6 pm; Meeting/Rules Briefing @ 7pm
1st place Boater Prize: Triton Boat valued at $27,950.00
Additional Prizes: Add’l payouts and optional side pots)
Tournament Director: Porter Trimble (318.201.3474)

For the anglers fishing the event ... ramp fees at Red River Marina South for Thursday, Friday & Saturday are on Shreveport-Bossier City Visitors' & Convention Bureau. Let the marina clerk know you're fishing & they'll get you your pass.

This year has been a nightmare for me with truck and boat issues
I probably took care of that this weekend thought by wrecking both of them coming home from the lake
