no de-sal plants yet because it is too expensive, if the drought continues, they will come.

Austrailia had a terrible drought, so they built a buncha desal plants, had enough to sustain the whole continent... then one of the heaviest rain falls on record... everything filled back up and they were fine, but they are ready for the next drought.....

So if they are built, the people that built them will expect a return on their investment... with weather you can never be sure.

Does this mean my Kayak is worth more now than when I paid for it?

These weathermen can't even predict 5 days ahead correctly and now they're trying to predict ten years, give me a break. L.O.L.

Check out the news on weather.com, there's a new article about a major weather pattern change. High pressure forming over the eastern states is going to change the flow of moisture from the Atlantic. That means the rain that has been flooding the east will be pushed this way.

Yep! Glad I've still got the ole Stumpjumper!

Just find a hard bank with the right grade, kick it in 4wd, and you're good to go.

Sorry to be a party pooper. La Nina is firmly entrenched in the Pacific and this drought isn't going away any time soon. If this persisits, fishing will be the least of our worries.
