What's a good spinning rod for fishing plastics? i'm not looking to spend more than 100.00 dollars.

Get a 6 ft MH Berkley CHerrywood for $20. Fish it. See what you like/don't like about it,then,make a more informed decision on a more expensive rod.

The good rod is the one that feels balanced with your reel and has the action you want at the price you can afford. I always take a new reel through the rod racks at Cabela's or BPS and try it on a bunch of different rods.

I have for sale 2 new ALL STAR casting rods made in Houston (not in China!!!!!) 6',line 10-20lb.,lure 1/4-5/8oz.Price $20 each rodThe rod has made in Houston before SHAKESPEARE distroy the quality of ALL STAR products.
SHAKESPEARE own now the ALL STAR company and all the rods are made in China.
