And you couldn't launch in any of the lakes by February? Would it be the first canceled tournament season!?

We've gone this long, I could see it going another few months. It would be interesting! I sure hope not.
What happens when the cities can't draw anymore water? I was thinking about that last week.
We will all be buying water was the East Coast.

Lol. I wonder if people took a year off fishing, after all the saved entry fee $, gas $ in truck/boat, $ spent in boat repair, and $ spent on tackle, people would find them selves with thousands of extra dollars!

a new age of tournament style fishing will arise. the jon boat trails will really increase in numbers. launching will be the main concern. Great time for me to concentrate on schooling for the next couple years. I hate not being able to fish grass.

hello float tube tournaments I've seen a few ponds that your toes won't even get wet in right now!

It's a concern. We need a major weather pattern change. Or a hurricane or two...

I read an article that said Texas will be in a drought for the next 10 years. He said there will be some years where rainfall will be normal but more of them will not. He said it is a pattern over the ocean that also occurred in the 50's. That is what started a lot of lakes getting built.

StartleGram ran an article in yesterdays sports section. Says it's gonna be one of the best fall seasons with the cold front that blew through last week and another one gearing up this week or next.
Says the fish have been lurking in the shallows and the shad are 2" or more. Now, all you have to do is get in the shallows without damage. Most lakes seem to be at least 6' low so factor that in.
