What are some good size fishing shears/scissors to buy and are there any good deals online? I would be using them to cut up bait like crab.

I've got a pair of commercial grade kitchen/chicken shears I've had for about 30 years...great for rib cages and tough catfish skin. They have a notch at the fulcrum for bones...also "come apart" for cleaning and sharpening. Made by Buck.
