I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the time and donations to the outting. Although the rain ran us off it was lots of fun. The food was great, the fishing was okay and it was nice to meet some fellow anglers. I thought it was a pretty good turn out.

Special thanks to Ted(Bassr1) & Theresa(MsBass) for coordinating everything. It was lots of work but it paid off in the end. Also thanks to Michael (North Texas Fiberglass) and Sportsmans Warehouse for all the support!!!

We need to do something like this every year. It is really nice to meet so many people that love to fish!!!!!

... haha, I guess you just missed this. Seems you took the words right out of my mouth .

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who was involved in setting up and participating in the outing. It was fun, too bad we got ran off by the rain there.

Special thanks to Bassr1 (Ted) and North Texas Fiberglass (Michael) who really spent a lot of time heading up and running this thing. Thanks also to everyone who donated items and Sportsmans Warehouse for coming out, you guys look like you have a great thing going there and we really appriciate the support as well.

The fishing was decent, the food was good, and the people were great. Nice meeting many of you, though I didnt get a lot of the names I will probably remember the faces.

Thanks again we really appriciated it!

I'll add my thank you's here too. Had a great time and am already looking forward to the next time. Thanks to all the organizers and those that donated their time and efforts. Thanks to those who donated for the door prizes, food, etc. I was very impressed with the donations made by Sportsmans Warehouse, my son can hardly wait to try out his new combo. It's a bit out of my way, but I will head there next time I need to re-stock my tackle box.

It was awesome guys!! Thanks to EVERYONE!! I've also started a thread on the outing over in off topic.

Sportsman's Warehouse, North Texas Fiberglass (Michael Bristow), Bassr1 (Ted)& MsBass (Theresa) along with many many other people deserve a great pat on the back all they did for the TFF Outing!

All you people that didn't come really missed out! :p

When the rain started some of us went back to the Bassr1 & MsBass house, traded fishing stories...what else?...lol. Once the rain stopped...we went fishing again that evening!!

I also want to thank Ted and Michael with North Texas Fiberglass. He gave so much way more then he needed too. He donated allot of the door prises and bought lots of food and provided us with allot of what we needed to have a good time. We appreciate it.

I also want to thank Sportsman Warehouse. I met the manager of the fishing department and his name is Brad. What a nice guy. ALl of the employees who came out where very nice and polite. Brad donated allot of free stuff to everyone there and I want to thank you for that. I hope everyone who is reading this has visited Sportsman Warehouse. If not please do and mention that the TFF site is why you went there. They have a great selection of fishing stuff. Comperable to BPS believe me.

LOL I was all excited looking at all the great pictures from the outing thinking my face had escaped them like "Wilson" in the old Tim Allen show "Home Improvement" when I saw that last picture! Drast!! LOL

I would like to add a little to this post if you all don't mind. I really want to thank, Wayne Tiller(Drifter), Michael Bristow, Brad and Jason (Sportsman Warehouse), J.P.Greeson, Jill Sparling, David(Taxidermyman) and Michelle, Jay and Cynthrax,Teresa(MsBass), Sharon Wilson,Hooker and all of you that brought food and or drinks. Thanks to all of you for your support, and Thanks to MsBass, for putting up with me while I concentrated on working on this Outing.

If for some reason you were unable to make it, I'm sorry. Maybe you can redeem yourself next year. During the drawings, I came to the conclusion that we might not be able to get everything that was donated, given away, because of the incoming weather. I apologize for that. I tried to make sure we had everyone there covered as far as gifts were concerned. If someone went away empty handed, it's not what I had planned, I'm sorry.

The folks that dared to invade my home after the outing, your very brave souls. But thanks for coming by. I wasn't really through visiting either. I was pretty busy at the Outing and didn't get to visit as much as I had planned. My home is always open to you guys, just wanted you to know that.

Streak, There were a couple of pics I left out, for fear I might be tossed overboard...lol. Hmmmm, I might be able to hold them for ransom...heheheee. Just kidding

I agree, I dont think many people were done meeting and talking, but theres just no tellin with the weather around here. It was still a great time.

How did the fishing go later that evening? Did anyone pick up any overs?
