 Anyone still fishing with Poe's balsa lures?

While doing one of my periodic inventories of lures I've owned for years or even decades and haven't yet fished, I came upon a batch of Poe's balsa crankbaits I got back in the early 90's and of course, never saw water. I've got shallow, mid-depth, and deep runners.
Anybody out there use these lures? And with what results, if any?
  I've never killed anyone, but I've read several obituaries with great enjoyment.

Hold onto them tightly Brian's Bees Crankbaits deep divers look alot like Poe's and he wants $20 plus Brian\'s Bees
