I'm in Plano and my boat has been sitting for 7 months, the motor is a 1988 mercury 70 hp. I went by a local place to ask some prices and what would be done for the money and the guy never stop looking at his magazine and he had done work for me before. I am not going to just my $$$ away and the guy won't even look at me. HELP
