Do you mean a pic in your signature? Go to My Stuff, and then Edit Profile. You will have to use photbucket or a similar photo sharing website.

its pretty easy. Do like adam said and use photobucket.com! upload your pics there and then click on image url and it will copy for you then just paste it in your profile deal on here!
