Size, age and price range?
There are boats around but without knowing what you're looking for I'd show you a jon boat when you're looking for a fully rigged tournament boat.

I need a 18 to 19 bass boat hull age doesn't matter as long as it's in good shape as for price dont want it to high no more than a couple thousand.

check craigslist.
there was a guy selling a ton of trailers on there for under $500 if you dragged the boat hull away with it.
he was obviously buying boats and selling the motors.
