That lake on 380 has been there for years and has some really nice fish in it, it's just that they didn't own it until the past year or so. If you didnt see it before they trashed it than you missed out, it was stellar. And that development at the SE corner is going to be an albatross.

Did they just groom that one up down by 380. The one on the left if your leaving at 380 right. I thought the just built it cause it looks new. So those Condos are called Albatross. Thats Ok if i cant use it till June. I found a creek that runs though SB that they DONT own that are filled with LMB and 1-3 pounders at that.

Yes they did just groom it up, made it look shiny and new. Unfortunately it looked more condusive to fishing before they did. The development at the SE corner of SB/Virg is gonna be some big "village" with condos, shops and restaurants all in an Italian theme, last i heard.

Yea thats what i heard about it in the Stonebridge Newsletter that clutters my mailbox, but yet cant use anything till June. I should have told them to quit sending me Stonebridge Ranch junk until im actually able to use the amenuties of the community again....LoL
