Any one use this reel? Just bought one at cables yesterday for a Carolina rig setup . Looking for feed back good and bad. Won't be able to go fishing for a week or so.

I have 3 5500's that were my grandad's and they still fish like they are brand new. I love them! My only complaint would be that the ratio is 4:1 on mine and sometimes I wish it was a bit more for getting the slack out faster to set the hook but overall a great reel that you won't be dissapointed in!
