does ANY academy in dfw area have the 25 packs in stock? need some 3/0 and 4/0....thanks.

I am having the same issue I use those hooks all the time. You cant do better for the price. Last few times I go to get them, no 25 packs in 4/0 or 5/0. I asked the guy there and he says if they are not out there we dont have any and says they are a smaller store I may want to try one of the bigger academy stores. This is the one in NRH. I am starting to not like academy very much.

Burleson usually does and did last week

Burleson is out i checked today but i went to the one in Arlington by the mall and they had a ton in stock.

I think they are not going to carry them anymore. I could be wrong but the last 2 Academy's I checked have been out and the guys I talked to said they had been out for a while. I love the h20 hooks.

I use the H2O hooks too but a word of caution. Open the pack and check the eye where it loops back and meets the hook. I was have trouble with break offs and I found that these hooks are bad about having a very sharp burr where the eye meets the hook that can cut your line. I still buy them but I check each pack before I do. I have found several packs like this in the stores.
