the biggest one I landed was 18 inches, but I lost 3 fish and I'm certain one of them was way bigger but as they say, no pic = no fish, I am happy with what I got to the boat, saw stumps today that I have never seen before, kinda makes ya scrunch up on the seat when the boat planes out.
