I need some opinions on the Atlantis Sports Cam. NAFC is offering to lifetime members opportuntity to buy one for 180.00 plus 10.95 shipping and handling. Is this a peice of equipment that would be of benefit to me as a sandie fishermen or would it be a expensive toy to just carry in boat after the newness wears off ? The BPS Price is 199.99 plus 11.95 s&h.Help me before I weaken.

if you think you want it get it, they say if you don't like it send it back within 30 days and owe nothing . i personally think it would be another expensive toy to just carry around.

Spend your money on a GOOD chartfinder...... like an Eagle 480 or comparable Lowrance........ you almost get a "picture" of everything under the boat. Just buy one with 480x480 resolution.

i looked at them too, and when you think about our water, i agree with jignpig its a waste of money.

I agree, I have the Atlantis and its worthless here in Texas, can't see two feet, don't wate your money.
