   This sow went about 150# and just would not die. I had to prison shank her to death after 2 shots to the nugget. Anyway, she sure tasted delicious. We had a block party and fed the whole street and had some left over. Check out the wierd hooves.

Oh yeah, she was absolutley COVERED in fleas. I was infested when I got done with her. Nasty a$$ critter.

I cooked the ribs with Tony Cecherie's and Cattleman's Memphis sweet bbq sause
I did the back straps and tender loins with Montreal Steak seasoning, butter, and worcester sauce.
We all atre and drank very well last night. Block party to be remembered!
