I have the motor above here are the symptoms:

No water stream at idle
Rev engine get water stream
5 cylinders 100 psi compression
1 cylinder 75 psi
heat horn never went off
Scoped low compression cylinder no scaring
No missing
Still will turn 5300 rpm

Think I may have a blown head gasket? Thoughts opinions?

Thanks

This is what I think you will find. The water diverter tubes in the block between the cylinders have flattened out causing a blockage that water cannot pass thru. The low compression cylinder is hopefully just stuck rings from carbon. The no T-T stream is from a weak impeller. I don't think you have a head gasket issue, but removing the heads will tell a lot.

Removed head...not scarring or piston top damage. Tried moving piston side to side had a little movement.

Head gasket looks good.

I am going to replace impeller...I will check tubes. Thank you for the heads up.

When back together I will de-carbonize and check compression again.
