can anyone tell me where I can get the instruction manual for a Garmin Fishfinder 100 or atleast tell me how to work the blasted thing?
never used one before, and it came with the boat I just bought but the owner never used them and had a Lowrance unit hooked up that he used, this Garmin was on the boat when he bought it and he just never used it.

Not sure what you are asking. I have a garmin that will read just fine by hitting the power button. Should be a menu button that alows you to set different option such as range, zoom, fish alarm, etc. if you wish to do so. Would need more detail as to what is happening to be able to help.

I have no idea how to turn it on set it up or adjust it. never used one before so I am totally new to the operations and functions of the toy. I guess what I'm asking is how do I turn it on and how do I set up the funtions and such. Oh! and thanx for your reply.
