You may remember that the Leon County Attorney dismissed a case against these outfitters in relation to a large alligator taken stating the the state did not present him with sufficient evidence. The Nacogdoches paper at that time printed that there was a case of bad blood on the part of the game warden. Well they led a client to another large alligator this July and the TPWD took after them again with great fan fare. It looks like the TPWD has presented a shoddy case again as charges against one man are dismissed again.
