Since it is raining, and I am going to Caddo this week, I thought I would ask this question. What is the best rain suit for under $100.

Frog Toggs are not bad but they are a little flimsy. If you just plan to use them every now and then they might be OK. Plus they are well within your budget. Don't wash them.
Columbia rain gear, available I know at BPS and maybe other places is good value and the top and bottom are at about the top of your budget. I've use the Columbia bib overalls sometimes for wind and water protection in the cold, with insulated clothing underneath of course.
Wife and daughter have Toggs and I've got Columbia. Saving for a Gortex in the future.
There are some previous posts you can search here and in the other areas as well.

Well, if it's a warm rain, just strip down to your civies and enjoy it! A lot cheaper and more fun!
If you happen to go to Travis, you can even lose the civies, but I wouldn't do it too near Hippy Hollow or you'll have unwelcomed company in your boat....especially if you're homophobic.

Frogg Toggs are great. You can fold them up in your bag and wear them during the warm weather. They will keep out all the wind and rain. I have had some for three seasons and they are starting to wear thin but they ar only about 70 bucks so I can live with that.

How about the $1.00 plastic poncho at Dollar Stores. ! You can buy a new one every time you go fishing.
