Can't argue that Fish Killer. You are correct.

i dont think this has any relevance to the biffle thing. he simply switched boats to get to hard to reach places. mark menendez switched boats to get in a culvert to water no one else could access. anyone with a hydaulic jackplate can get to water that those without cannot. it is all within the rules. wellman was NOT within the rules.

They are not talking about the jet boat with biffle...it was about fishing inside areas that are bouyed off...restricted areas.

I was not referring to his boat. Heck, I don't care if he switched to waders and swam in. I was referring to fishing over the buoys and parts of his boat being over at times. Brick wall straight up is pretty easy to understand. Oklahoma conservation laws are too. Chris Bowes is not the law and he can only make judgement from the information he was given.

Don't bring Biffle into the Wellman saga. This is NOT the right forum for that. It's not even comparatively close!

Help me out here. How, exactly did Wellman 'cheat'....? I got no favor for the guy, but didn't he weigh his own fish to win the Tournament? He ran his head about buying a four pounder from his co, but, it did not happen. What am I missing here except another example of chicanery at a high level? If he had cheated, he would have been DQ. He got the money didn't he, and the trip to the Classic?

The Biffle thing needs to stay alive too. That thing has total B.S. written all over it. I cant see how any one with "any" sort of brain and I'm talking 1 cell away from brain dead would allow the Biffle incident to be swept under the carpet. I'm tired of all the garbage with these "win at all cost even if you have to lie or act ignorant" people. He exploited a little know loop hole that no one else in the field figured out, so IMO biffle did nothing wrong. Sounds like a alot of people are sore that the old fart outsmarted them.

To many who say Wellman didnt cheat, to attemp to cheat is also a rule violation, he didnt have to actually cheat, the attempt was all that was needed to DQ, the Issue is with intent of his comments that day.
