Anytime a post has a new response, it is moved to the top of the page. That way, you can easily tell which ones have new correspondence instead of them just staying put and falling off the first page. The busier threads will stay on page one.

When someone wants to keep the post fresh, they'll use one of those two terms.

TTT= To The Top

BUMP= Bring Up My Post
