I've been out several times since things started cooling down but just couldn't get the fish to cooperate, but tonight was a different story. Apparently on Hubbard the Hybrids finally decided to check the old Inbox and found out that its beautiful outside and showed up tonight in a big way. Started off just after 5pm and the second spot we hit they were there. I caught 3 hybrids on three consecutive casts and then started hooking up with Sandies and Yellow Bass. Adam caught a Channel Cat and then Amanda hooked up with a Magnum sandy and then they quit. So went out searching. Marked A TON of fish down south but couldn't get one to bite to save my life. Finally hooked into a big ole buffalo and fought it to the boat and set it free. Headed back toward to park late in the evening and decided to try one more spot. My first cast was a 24inch Hybrid and then BAM!!! Hyrids boiling on top literally all around the boat. I caught one more, Amanda lost two and then finally decided to set the hook and got one in the boat. So thats 6 Hybrids in all 1 catfish and maybe 15 sandies!! 82 degree surface temps. 3 Hybrids came from a hump at 17ft and the others were caught in LESS THAN 10ft of water!!! We had tons of fun and are really looking forward to a good fall!! Here's some pics!!

personally i would prefer to fish evenings...i get up early enough during the work week but an AM tourney is what everyone agreed to in the beginning. The next event however will be a PM event

With the shadow casted on the right side of your 6 ft.+ frame multiplied by the angle of the waves divided by the dark cloud at your 1 o'clock I believe I have pinpointed your exact location. Now all I need is a boat. Good Job!
