WHY go to LBC. They are going to charge you more to sell them to you, and then charge you an arm and a leg to install it bang

I have had very bad experience with them in the past, and would not send my worst enemy to them.

Go to Academy and purchase what you want for a lot cheaper, or if they don't have it order it online. Even with shipping, I bet they will be cheaper than LBC. They are not hard to install, but if you don't want to do that let someone else do it. Gary Purdy from littlefield post on this site. He does boat repair, and I bet he would be fair on the price.

You do not have to drill any holes for the GPS antenna. If you will get some marine silone you can essentially glue it down. If you decide later you don't like the location, you can pop it off. Try to place it close to a vent on the back or a control panel that you can run the wire a short distance and get it under something. I put it on the back right corner and ran the wire into my vents. And yes it will stay put in very rough water.
Install it yourself, wire it direct to the battery and use the factory fuse link and you will be fine. That way if anything ever goes wrong on the water, you will at least know where to start looking for loose connections.
