Tackle Warehouse is the only place I order from now. Free shipping over $50, $5 for two day, & $10 next day.

Fuel costs is the biggest contributor to shipping costs.
Every year, UPS/FedEx and all the others send out letters to me saying how much their shipping rates are going to go up by. Its always up and never down.
At my job, we put an additional 15% on top of shipping costs on pretty much everything we send out. The reason being since most of our shipments are gone through freight forwarders, we have to do more work to get a shipment to our client correctly and on time.

AdanV, The problem isn't with the actual shipping cost, it is about BPS's Shipping charges which are across the board higher than everyone elses. Not only that, but there standard shipping is 14day.

I wanted a new Curado reel and Academy had them in store for $159.99. I went online and ordered it from them for $129.99. I also ordered 4 packs of Zoom Brush Hogs @ $13.56. My total was with taxes and shipping came to $161.37.
If I would have purchased the reel and hogs in store with tax it would have come to $188.95. I just have to wait till Thursday for delivery but that's OK.
