i know there is a little confusion about these chips so just wanted to let yall know they are at BPS if anyone wants to run one on a demo unit and see for yourself what they are all about. i run a lowrance chip now but will be getting a Nav for mainlake fishing. they surveyed on their own and didnt copy a usgs map so alot of the mainlake contours is current topo. but im not here to promote either chip and my lowrance will have the most use for my style of fishing. just wanted yall to know that you can run a demo chip on a graph and decide for yourself if they are what you need.

Hey David, do yall have the Eagle 642c in stock there yet? Looking at that unit with the Navionics Premium chip. Are yall going to honor the 6 month no interest on the Bass Pro Card at the store level like on the web site on purchases over $300? Just don't want to drive nearly 2 hours with no results. Thanks

When you run the demo - check out Ray Roberts and Lewisville if they are your lakes. Lots of missing data and very little bottom detail.

skeet, the eagle looks to be here in soon. best thing i have to say is contact the marine dpt for more specific dates. nav chips are abundant. there is a special deal for the classic on the credit card, check the website or call the store; sorry, i am responsible for the health of the fish and can't quote directly for obvious reasons.

Thanks for the help David. I will contact the marine department next week before I head up there.

Hey Sneko9s Is there a behind the scenes tour you can give of the aquatics. I have several aquariums and am a PADI scuba instructor (retired). I love to look at fishes and am interested in seeing the setup behind the scenes! Just curious?
I feel more like I do now than I did when I first got here!
