i am a member of the board of directors of T.B.B.U. (texas black bass unlimited). i approached T.P.W.D. for permission to install some fish attractors into lake livingston. they approved the proposal and my board approved it also. we have been working to realize this project. in years past, we,T.B.B.U. with the help of a few sponsors, marked the river channel from the 190 bridge to the north. it was a great success and has helped boater navigate safely. we have acquired nearly 30,000 ft of pvc pipe. we have acquired a few buckets. we are looking to acquire some cinder blocks, sacrete, or holders of some type to sink into the lake. we are looking for some help with the building of the structures, the sinking, and gps locations that may produce good fishing. the locations will be made available to the public. the amount of pipe that we have should fill well over 500 buckets/blocks. what we are attempting to do is going to require some help.....this is what i am asking for.....the build site will be at my place in rye, tx. if you can help or donate please feel free to contact me........ckn111@yahoo.com

have you pu thtis on 2coolfishing.com. There is a lot of traffic on there in the freshwater forum that are guides and fishermen and women that fish Livingston. I will help as much as I can, but kinda hard working 7 days a week. Let me know if need anything.

Have you contacted the Chambers of Commerce in Livingston, Onalaska, Point Blank, Huntsville, Coldspring, Trinity, and let them know about the project? Just a suggestion as this type thing will enhance the fishery and therefore the local economy.

There used to be very active bass clubs in Huntsville and Livingston. Might try those too....
