with a bunch of perch, and few bass
caught 3 tonight all around 12 inches

Where in wylie, if ur speaking of Bozman farms its private (HOA) owned. Wylie PD has issued many trespassing warnings over the past few yrs.

I live in Bozman...
well worth my dues, it is the only benefit, of the HOA I use

Ya its has good fishing in it. Few bass over four lbs big crappie.

have you had any luck with those bigger ones?
i drove past sage sub division today looks like they have some nice ponds but don't want a trespassing fine
